BZRE was born as a simple solution to a complex problem. Early stage real estate companies knew where they wanted to go, but licensing and compliance became the bottleneck. We launched lean, and quickly found the market's need was far greater than we anticipated. Today we work with firms across proptech, fintech, regtech, M&A, institutional investment, development, and property management. We are not a vendor. Licensing
Real estate licensing isn't a one-time task; it's an ongoing responsibility across all active markets. We manage it end-to-end: entity formation, pre-license compliance, initial applications, renewals, and direct coordination with varying state agencies. We track every deadline and oversee every submission. When you're ready to enter a new market, we lead the way.
Staffing
The right Broker-of-Record is foundational. The wrong one creates problems that are hard to unwind. We place qualified, experienced, multi-state brokers quickly, with service agreements and support structures to make the relationship last. Every engagement includes liaison services, succession planning, and national backfill coverage. A personnel change should never derail operations.
Management
A licensed brokerage has moving parts: annual reporting, licensee continuing education, audit prep, association memberships, dues, accounting, MLS data licensing, and third-party vendor coordination — across each state, every year. We coordinate it all, as an extension of your team. You focus on the business. We keep it in good standing.
Our brokerage division enables firms to expand their reach without giving up control. Through co‑brokerage partnerships, we provide the regulatory coverage needed to support clients across state lines. You own the relationship. We work in the background to protect it, ensuring you retain your data, commissions, and long‑term client trust.
In select partnerships, we offer our advisory and brokerage services in exchange for equity, revenue share, or performance participation. We also invest directly when conviction and alignment are strong. These structures allow us to engage more deeply with the companies we back, sharing in the upside while delivering the foundation they need for growth.
